Shefali Bisht is a passionate data professional with 3 years of work experience in cloud technologies and big data analytics. She is currently a graduate student at Mays Business School, Texas A&M University pursuing her masters in Management Information Systems.

She understands complex operational systems and business intelligence tools for the delivery of analytical offerings. She loves working with large datasets, designing scalable ETL pipelines, and modeling and translating data into dashboarding capabilities.

In her past roles, she has improved the overall business processes by developing 50+ high volume, reliable data pipelines and dimensional models across multiple functional areas. She has contributed to crucial automation processes while following best practices, which reduced manual workload by 48%.

She feels at ease advising on the use of data for actionable analytics and also shares a passion for putting the customers first with the end-user being at the forefront of her decisions.

Outside work, she enjoys working out in the gym, blogging, spending time with family, and watching her all-time favorite show - Friends.
